Great things are happening and I hope you can be a part of them!!!

Opening May 22nd at Brooklyn's Like the Spice Gallery, I will exhibit, for the first time ever, the series: Dirty Dirty Love. Many of you may already be familiar with this body of work, and some of you might be stumbling upon it for the first time. In short, Dirty Dirty Love [link] is a series of confessional portraits, each dealing with one or more aspects of sexuality that mainstream society has, for one reason or another, deemed taboo. Working in conjunction with my subjects through collaborative interviews and modeling sessions, the goal of Dirty Dirty Love is create imagery that explores alternative and secret lifestyles and open a forum for discussion about their value and permanence.

The show opens up Friday, May 22nd at Like the Spice Gallery in Williamsbrg, Brooklyn, New York. The reception will be from 6:30 to 10pm and will be one hell of a good time. I'd love to have as many people there as possible, so if you're able, please attend. No RSVP's required, come as you are, come prepared to party.

For those of you who really want to pick my brain about my work and process, the gallery will be hosting an Artist's Dinner the following Friday, May 29th at 8pm. The dinner is an opportunity to have a one on one with me and the gallery's owner, Marisa Sage. RSVP's are required for the dinner and seating is limited.

***In other, more important news, I'm a Daddy!!!
My little girl, Isabel Mia Negron, was born April 23rd at 4:28am. She is an eating and pooping machine and spends her days thus far making squishy faces and generally fighting her sleep so she can see what all the commotion is about. I'll be posting photos of her on my dA photo account here: [link] She is amazing and has me completely wrapped around her itty bitty fingers already. I can't wait to have some more downtime so i can really get to know her.
